2020 Rosé

This delicious Rosé is made from Pinot Noir from ou 35 year old estate vines.  You  may pick up delicate aromas of wild gooseberries, warm roses on a summer day and cherry tomatoes.  On the palate there is nectarine, cranberry and citrus notes.  Serve it chilled with seared scallops in garlic butter or with Italian fennel sausage and cannellini beans.
