2021 Pinot Noir

This Pinot Noir holds distinct aromas of cherry blossom, red licorice and sweet peppers.  The palate delivers red plums and currants, raspberries and black pepper with a soft caramel finish.  

Barrel aged for 1 year in mild French oak.

With soft tannin and mild acidity, this wine will pair wish roasted pork belly and for dessert, dark chocolate cakes.
